If I remember correctly, then the <strong>SmartFTP Client</strong> installs them (to give you an example).</p>
<p dir="auto">Due to the following article some instances can also be delivered with Windows 10 itself:</p>

It doesn't come with the Visual Studio C++ Redistributables.</p>
<p dir="auto">If this is included in other editions of Windows 10, I don't know.</p>
<p dir="auto">But the right thing is to consider them as standalone installations, since they can be installed and maintained separately. Only if they are installed and placed in sub-folders of other apps, should they be bundled.</p>
<p dir="auto">But I think it is about time that we review this and get it out of Internal state (only very few other users can see it, it is hidden due to the Internal state).</p>
