<ul>
<li>version <strong>7.1.0</strong> in D:\PortableApps\PortableApps\SystemExplorerPortable\App\SystemExplorer\SystemExplorer.exe</li>
<li>version <strong>7.0.0</strong> in C:\Program Files (x86)\System Explorer\</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto">Both versions show this short version number in the <strong>product version</strong>.<br />
In the <strong>file version</strong> the number is <strong>more detailed</strong> (like <strong>7.0.0.5356</strong>).</p>
<p dir="auto">If I go to the download page (<a href="https://systemexplorer.net/downloading.php" rel="nofollow ugc">https://systemexplorer.net/downloading.php</a>) then I see there:<br />
You are downloading System Explorer <strong>7.0.0</strong> Installer</p>
<p dir="auto">In the <strong>application window</strong> in the title bar I see the <strong>full version number</strong>:</p>
<p dir="auto"><img src="/assets/uploads/files/1529743836229-system_explorer_version.png" alt="0_1529743834978_System_Explorer_Version.png" class="img-markdown  img-fluid" /></p>
<p dir="auto">So I suggest that you also <strong>show the full version number</strong>.<br />
When they release an update from 7.0.0.535<strong>6</strong> to 7.0.0.535<strong>7</strong> then you are able to display the different version numbers.</p>
<p dir="auto"><strong>Side Note:</strong><br />
On the official website version <strong>7.0.0</strong> is offered.<br />
I also downloaded the installer and installed it, here I see 7.<strong>0</strong>.0.535<strong>6</strong> in the window.<br />
If I run the portable version, then I see 7.<strong>1</strong>.0.535<strong>9</strong>.<br />
This is very strange and I have no idea.</p>
