The given link: https://devblogs.microsoft.com/powershell/ does not help to find the package.

It gives access to 7.3.x but also, if you scroll down, to 7.2.x and even on beta 7.4.0.

But Vulndetect has a download link. This could allow anyone to get this software without these tools for whatever they have to do it like this :-) . That's better when it points to something useful :-)

It's not ideal, but if you are on the 7.3.x channel, then you will mostly find it as the first.
