If a scan is currently in progress animate the icon

If I move the mouse over the icon a tooltip text shows me either "Scan in progress" or "Next scan in …"

In an error occurred while scanning (like no internet connection) show a red "x" over the VulnDetect icon and show a balloon text with the error message

This way the user gets information about the scan status and this is important for a good usability.
