Changelogs has moved, and are now integrated into the UI of the solution, the URLs to look at are:

A link can also be found in the menu at the top right corner.

Currently it requires a valid session within either the Personal or the Corporate edition to view the changelogs. However, access is free to the Personal, and you are free to use any (working) email address to register an account.
