<![CDATA[Allow Notes in List of Apps]]>Please allow to enter notes at each app in the list of applications.
You should also show a "Notes" icon if there is a note entered at a specific app.

So I can note down that I need to update a specific app, that I have to report detection issues for a specific app or that the version number of a specific app is not found in the app itself but in a separate source (additional file or registry).
