Nearly each year Acronis have a new version.<br />
Previous yearly versions are still supported for unknown times. But they are updated from time to time.<br />
As you wrote, I suggest that you support each yearly version as a separate channel.<br />
Please note that what I wrote is from experience only.<br />

<p dir="auto">So what you say is that we ought to make Acronis True Image 2018 one channel and 2019 another channel? And that Acronis still makes updates / supports 2018?</p>
<p dir="auto">The release dates for the latest builds indicates that there is an overlap, but it doesn't appear to be very big historically.</p>
