The app is available as installer and also as portable version (I have the portable version)
The app is available in 32 Bit and also in 64 Bit (I have the 64 Bit)
The file name of the portable version is CCA-Portable-64.exe (64 Bit) or CCA-Portable-32.exe (32 Bit) but I renamed it to Colour_Contrast_Analyser_3.0.0_Portable_x64.exe

@Tom Strange, I can not see it in my list of apps.

I searched for the product "Col", here I just find ColorCop
I searched for the product "CCA", here I get no results
I searched for the vendor "Paciello", here I get no results
I searched for the vendor "Trévisan", here I get no results

When I search for "Colour*.exe" then I get:
