Auto-Patch - Markdown Monster

Please add Markdown Monster to the Auto-Patching process, so it is automatically updated (when I select it).
This guy releases so many updates (one per week) so manual patching is really a mess!

I post one app in one topic, so we can keep the topics smaller.
