I know that some applications also install these Microsoft Visual Studio C++ Redistributable Packages.
If I remember correctly, then the SmartFTP Client installs them (to give you an example).

I thought it might be a good idea to bundle them with Windows, because:
They are located in the Windows folder
You can not determine what application installed them (or can you get this information from the registry???)
How to proceed?
