The files you see under "Microsoft\Windows\Containers" belong to one of your virtual machines or containers, thus they shouldn't be bundled with any application on the host machine.

I Really have no idea why NVIDIA GeForce Experience was found in that folder.
I have a VM, but I did definitely not install NVIDIA GeForce Experience there.
@VulnDetect Do you have any idea why NVIDIA GeForce Experience is found in that folder?

Now I see just one entry in the list, so the issue is solved.

So if both apps are located in the following sub-folders:

...\PortableApps\Notepad++Portable\App\Notepad++\notepad++.exe ...\PortableApps\Notepad++Portable\App\Notepad++64\notepad++.exe

Then they are 100% from PortableApps.com and both apps can be bundled.
So please update the rules.

I know that some applications also install these Microsoft Visual Studio C++ Redistributable Packages.
If I remember correctly, then the SmartFTP Client installs them (to give you an example).

Due to the following article some instances can also be delivered with Windows 10 itself:

I thought it might be a good idea to bundle them with Windows, because:

They are located in the Windows folder You can not determine what application installed them (or can you get this information from the registry???)
