@tom No issue with IPV6 as far as I can see.
IP adresses of systems on my personal LAN are reported using IPV6.
Glad to see a product which does not prefer reporting IPV4 when both stacks are active.

PSI user for years I liked the continuous update of recognized apps and eventually to keep out of scan dead apps.
As many others, I hated the splash screen :-)
I did not used the update feature as most of the times it did not work as "run as".
One thing missing is to have some control on the schedule of scans.

Geforce Experience, which is detected, will be soon (end of 2024) deprecated and fully replaced by this app.

Can you please add it?

Desperately, Nvidia, as many, supplies its products with embedded obsolete vulnerable software versions.
Here, this app embeds at least 3 vulnerable instances of 7-Zip.

So this will great if you can push it and report to Nvidia this issue. It seems that they are not ready to comply with the EU Cyber resilient act.

@olli_s For personal use, using local time could be acceptable even if this causes some troubles at Daily summer time changes. For administration in an international context it is a nightmare.
I suggest to use eventlog which stores data in UTC and display using local time of the one who displays the logs. This also have the advantage to manage security of logs.

To add some clues:

home / family computers should not be restricted to home / family / student version (professional versions shall be allowed)
IP address shall not be a criteria to differentiate computers: it is now quite current to have multi-homed, multi-stacks home computers but you still have NAT for IP V4.

Hi,

I noticed that Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 is not more detected at all so not detected as EOL.

This software with .NET versions are silently (installed and) left uninstalled by many software when they update themselves and move to another version of these libraries. So you do not even know that you (still) have them !

I searched how to open a ticket thru the interface for "personal user" and did not find it.

RGPD supervisory authorities constantly require that this type of request should be easy. I fully understand that any delete request must be checked before deleting the account.

But even, if I am still a "new user" in this forum :-) (I do not have "10 reputations") , I think I know Vulndetect well enough that if I can't find how to do it, others might have a hard time doing so.

Hi,

There is no possibility, that I see, to request the removal of your account at vulndetect.com when a "personal" user. I did not find any "delete account" button or equivalent nor any "Privacy page" that let me ask for the deletion of an account or let me know the procedure to follow.
I think this let Vulndetect.com vulnerable to an angry request of application of GDPR's article 17.

Logitech "Logi Options+ (online)" put (unsafe) versions of node.js in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Logi\LogiPluginService\PluginHosts\node22\node\node.exe .

They are not reported of bundled with "Logi Options+ (online)".
