Show the Computer name (Host name) at the App-List

It would be very useful when you show the host name in the headline of the list of applications (behind the text Detected Applications).
This is useful for crazy users like me that have two accounts (one for my PC and one for my VM where I can install software to test the detection).
With the text in the headline it will be easier to keep the two list apart from each other.
