Dell Support Assist is installed on any Dell PC.
PC Doctor is embedded in this application and in other PC manufacturer support application. Recently it suffered a major vulnerability.Belows are information on last and "secure" versions.

@OLLI_S : As I am not allowed to upload icons, I sent it to Tom. :-)
I used another tool which is free and supported: https://www.carifred.com/quick_any2ico/
I have no idea if it is safe But it is signed, not too old and supplier is clearly identified (company registered).
