 VulnDetect supported NVIDIA GeForce Experience (just search here in the forums for "GeForce Experience").
 But the version number displayed in the app is not stored in the EXE file:
 Version stored in the EXE: 64.3282.1731.5
 Version displayed in the app: 3.15.0.186The version can be red out of the registry, but this is an upcoming feature of VulnDetect.
 So meantime @Tom has temporary removed NVIDIA GeForce Experience
 See https://vulndetect.org/topic/311/geforce-experience-wrong-version-detected-after-update-to-3-14-1-48@Anselm: Do you know if the correct version information is stored in any other file?
 And it seems that you have an older version installed (you have 64.3282.1731.2, I have 64.3282.1731.5)@Tom: Here is the registry key for the version information: - Path: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\GFExperience
- Key: Version
- Value: 3.15.0.186
 I hope this is the correct key...

 Version number in registry is
 3.13.1.30I just recognized 32bit version is end of life. The version which is installed at my computer seems to be the latest supported.
 @OLLI_S i will have a look for version information in the other files later

 @Anselm: Thank you!
 When I look at the file _nvspcaps64.dll then I see the correct version number:File name and path: C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\ShadowPlay\NVSPCAPS\_nvspcaps64.dll Product Name: NVIDIA GeForce Experience Internal Name: NvSpServer Original Filename: nvspserver.dll File Description: NVIDIA NvSpServer Company: NVIDIA Corporation Legal Copyright: (C) NVIDIA Corporation. If yes, then please show in the list of applications the EXE of GeForce Experience and the icon from the EXE
 (C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVIDIA GeForce Experience\NVIDIA GeForce Experience.exe)
 and show the version number extracted from the DLL file.
 Note that the two DLLs have different file-names in 32-Bit and 64-Bit.

 Proper support for using registry information in the Rules is Work-In-Progress and you should start seeing the first improvements soon. GeForce Experience is not a high priority though and will not be among the first Rules to get updated. But it will happen, if the information you provided in your postings is correct.

-
 @olli_s :D
-
 @Anselm See how this works?
 You just need good arguments here!
-

-
 Not only by gamers, also by office-users that want to keep the Video-drivers up-to-date.
 My brother is a PC noob and has on his office PC NVIDIA GeForce Experience installed
-
 @olli_s Do he needs it for driver updates? In the last time i think it is provided inside windows update.
-
 Just for driver updates, but he is fine with it (he does not want to change his behavior).
-
 I also responded in another thread. But, just as suggested / discussed here, I now have access to the information from the registry. So once you have done some inspections I will add new Specific Rules. If these aren't accurate, then we will either attempt some new registry tricks or start using the dll files as suggested.
-
 Now NVIDIA GeForce Experience is detected and also the correct version number 3.16.0.122.
 So for me this is fine.@Anselm is NVIDIA GeForce Experience also detected correctly on your system?
-
 It is detected as: 3.13.1.30
 This is ok.It is detected three times: c:\Users\All Users\NVIDIA Corporation\Downloader\latest\nodejs\nvnodejslauncher.exe c:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\Downloader\latest\nodejs\nvnodejslauncher.exe c:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NvNode\nvnodejslauncher.exe
-
 @Anselm perfect, on my system it is also detected 3 times.
 So the issue is solved.
