[Solved] Total Commander - Alter Version Number
Total Commander is detected correctly on my system, but the displayed version number should be altered.
In the application the displayed version number is 9.21a.
In VulnDetect the displayed version number is 9.21.
So you should show the same version number that is shown in the app.
Tell me if you need a screen shot of the Help -> About window.
Here the information extracted from the EXE file:
File name and path: C:\totalcmd\TOTALCMD64.EXE Product Name: Total Commander Internal Name: TOTALCMD64 Original Filename: totalcmd64.exe File Description: Total Commander Company: Ghisler Software GmbH Legal Copyright: Copyright © 1993-2018 Christian Ghisler Legal Trademarks: Total Commander is a registered trademark of Ghisler Software GmbH Comments: File Version String: 220.127.116.11 File Version: 18.104.22.168 Product Version String: 9.21 Product Version: 22.214.171.124
Total Commander is now detected by VulnDetect and the version number 9.22a is also correct.
We tested all stable releases since 9.0a and they are all detected and displayed correctly.
