The app icon is not shown.
And in VulnDetect the version 4.2.2 is shown, in the app I see 4.2.2.473

@olli_s Icon fixed

On the website it is listed as 4.22

So I've add a Specific Rule that lists 4.2.2.474 as 4.22 and then I will keep an eye on what future versions are listed as on the site.

Tom, here are two screen shots of the two versions.

TreeSize Free 4.1.2.407 (from PortableApps)

TreeSize Free 4.2.2.473 (installed)

Summary

You see that 4.1.2.407 shows the version in an other format than 4.2.2.473.
And that they have different icons.

@olli_s Guess the 4.22 is a typo.

The changelog states 4.2.2, so 4.2.2 it is:

OK, so the version number 4.2.2 is displayed correctly.
And the app-icon is now shown.
Issue solved!
