[Solved] Untracked cygwin: v3.5.0 wrongly reported as latest version

Hi,
FYI. V3.5.0 of cygwin1.dll is a "dev" version. The current prod version is 3.4.6
https://www.cygwin.com/git/gitweb.cgi?p=newlib-cygwin.git

So recommended version should be 3.4.6 and not 3.5.0 .

@OLLI_S : updated to 3.4.7 and now non stable branch 3.5.0 is no more proposed aa newer.
=> fixed.

3.4.7 is the latest version at this time 3.5.0 is a new branch for dev only!
