@Tom I did a full system scan (Last Inspection 7 minutes ago) but EditPad Lite is not shown in the list of applications.
Should it be detected?
I am asking because you set this topic to [Added].

The Rule was flagged as "Internal", that is changed now.

I can see that the Rule doesn't make an distinction between Pro and Lite - that will of course be changed.

In the list of applications EditPad 7.6.4 us found twice, because I have EditPad Lite and also EditPad Pro installed.
So please rename this entry to EditPad Lite (for the file name EditPadLite7.exe)
