[Solved] Scan is not starting

Although I have set the time when a scan should start and also checked all week days, the scan is not starting.
I know this problem is already known but I post it here, so other users see that the problem is known and a solution is on the way. -
@olli_s I believe this is fixed in the latest version of the agent. Which version are you running?

Where do I see the version number (I am at work, so I can not check this out)?
I did also not know that there is an update for the Agent available, so showing available updates to the agent in the list of applications is really very important!
See Show Updates of the Carma-Client on top -
@olli_s notepad c:\windows\secteer.log
And search for "agentFileVersion".
A reinstall ought to fix this. Once you reinstall I can monitor your check-ins on the server for a while, to verify that it is picking up the scan time correctly. -
Indeed, I had 0.5.1.1 installed.
And by the way: the log file is called "secteer.log.1" -
@olli_s There should be both a secteer.log and a secteer.log.1. The dot 1 is the older.
Did your system check-in correctly now? I know you have to wait to see the scan. -
@tom Indeed, I have both files, but before the update I just had the secteer.log.1
Not important.I uninstalled the agent and installed the new version.
I also accepted the new agent on the configuration.Now I see:
- Last CheckIn: 19 minutes ago
- Last Inspection: never
- Next CheckIn: in 41 minutes
- Next Inspection: in an hour
This looks good and I am keen if the scan starts.
