[Implemented] Expand/Collapse all entries in the List of Applications

When I have expanded some entries in the List of Applications then there is no way to collapse all entries with a single mouse click.
I have to collapse each entry separate.
So please add the two buttons Expand All and Collapse All.Please add also a hotkey to perform this.

This feature has been implemented in the Corporate Version of VulnDetect.
