Mark VulnDetect Updated Apps in the List of Apps

In the list of applications I see some apps (like "SecTeer VulnDetect" or "Mozilla Firefox") that can be updated by VulnDetect.
You should show a special icon/text that these apps can be updated by VulnDetect. -
